For general returns, we offer store credit only.

To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date, and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

In the rare event that you experience an allergic reaction to our hypoallergenic jewelry, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

In this case, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
